** Shares of dermatology solutions company Cutera Inc
 CUTR.O  fall 23% to $1.76 
    ** Co late on Thursday reported Q4 revenue of $49.5 mln vs
$67.4 mln a year ago 
    ** Reported wider Q4 net loss of $45.2 mln compared to a
loss of $7.8 mln a year ago
     ** CUTR had cash and marketable securities of $143.6 mln as
of December 31, 2023, compared to $317.3 mln a year ago 
    **  Co forecasts 2024 annual revenue in the range of $160
mln to $170 mln 
    ** Including session moves stock has fallen 46.7% YTD
