** Shares of Cutia Therapeutics  2487.HK  jump as much as
17.2% to HK$31, highest since June 20; on course for second
session of gains
    ** Stock set for biggest one-day pct rise since debut on
June 12, if gains hold
    ** Chinese dermatological biological drugs developer and
maker says it has been included in list for Southbound Trading
Link under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and
Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective Sept. 5 
    ** Adds inclusion is expected to further expand its
shareholder base, allow access to broader investor group in
Mainland China, and increase trading liquidity of shares 
    ** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  declines
1.1%, healthcare index  .HSCIH  eases 1.2%, while Hang Seng
