May 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:
** International Flavors & Fragrances <IFF.N> agreed to sell its food ingredients business to CVC Capital Partners in a deal that values the unit at about $4.3 billion, as the flavor maker trims its portfolio to boost profitability.

** China's SAIC Motor will sell a further 10% stake in its Indian carmaking venture, JSW MG Motor, two sources with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters, in a deal that will make local partner JSW the biggest shareholder of the unit.

** Private equity firms Permira and Nuo are vying to acquire MC2 Saint Barth after advancing to the second phase of the sale process for the Italian beachwear brand, two sources close to the matter said on Thursday.

** Autodesk <ADSK.O> said on Thursday it would acquire MaintainX, a maintenance and operations solutions company, for about $3.6 billion in cash.
