CVC Income & Growth Limited (the "Company") announces the following in
relation to its March 2025 Tender:

 

Euro Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  14,064

 31 March 2025 NAV per Euro Share             €1.0845

 Tender Price                                 €1.0745

 

Sterling Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  17,369

 31 March 2025 NAV per Sterling Share         £1.1833

 Tender Price                                 £1.1733

 

 

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2025 minus £0.01 /
€0.01 (being 1% of the Reference Price), as applicable.

 

It is anticipated that payment for the March 2025 tender will be made on 16
May 2025.

 

A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of Shares pursuant
to Tender Purchases is expected to be made on or around 09 May 2025.

 

Terms defined in the Company's AGM Notice dated 08 April 2024 have the same
meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
