CVC Income & Growth Limited (the Company) announces that the March 2026
Tender Price, scheduled to be announced today as per the expected timetable of
events included within the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
circular dated 11 April 2025, has been delayed with a revised announcement
date for the March 2026 Tender Price being scheduled for 27 April 2026.

 

The payment date for the March 2026 Tender, scheduled for 15 May 2026, remains
unchanged.

 

Terms defined in the Company's AGM Notice have the same meaning in this
announcement unless otherwise defined.
