CVC Income & Growth Limited (the Company) announces the following in
relation to its March 2026 Tender:

 

Sterling Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  26,941

 31 March 2026 NAV per Sterling Share         £1.1408

 Tender Price                                 £1.1208

 

Euro Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  3,377

 31 March 2026 NAV per Euro Share             €1.0442

 Tender Price                                 €1.0242

 

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 31 March 2026 minus £0.02 /
€0.02 (being 2% of the Reference Price), as applicable.

 

It is anticipated that payment for the March 2026 tender will be made on 15
May 2026.

 

A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of Shares pursuant
to Tender Purchases is expected to be made on or around 08 May 2026.

 

Terms defined in the Company's AGM Notice dated 11 April 2025 have the same
meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
