Results of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

CVC Income & Growth Limited (the Company) announces that at its 2025
Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all proposed resolutions were duly
passed with no resolutions receiving less than 98.28% of the vote.

 

Three of the resolutions were special resolutions, with one being an
extraordinary resolution.
