Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of
£0.020625 per ordinary Sterling Shares and €0.018125 per ordinary Euro
Shares, being the third dividend for the current financial year ending 31
December 2024.

 

The dividend will be payable on 29 November 2024 to shareholders on the
register as at the close of business on 8 November 2024 (the record date) and
the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2024.

 

The person responsible for arranging for the release of this announcement on
behalf of the Company is Sharon A Williams of BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch,
