Results of Placings in respect of March 2025 Tender

 

Following the Placing book build close at 2.00pm on 5 March 2025, CVC Income
& Growth Limited (the "Company") announces the following in relation to
its March 2025 Tender:

 

Sterling Shares

 Shares tendered for Placing              12

 Shares successfully placed with Placees  12

 Unplaced Shares                          0

 Placing Price                            121p

 

Euro Shares

 Shares tendered for Placing              430

 Shares successfully placed with Placees  430

 Unplaced Shares                          0

 Placing Price                            €1.06

 

The Placing Price is the price at which the Shares have been placed by
Winterflood Securities Limited and is subject to a minimum of an amount equal
to 98% of the Reference Placing NAV per Share (being the NAV published on 27
February 2025, as applicable.

 

It is anticipated that payment for Placing Purchases in relation to the March
2025 tender will be made on 10 March 2025.

 

Terms defined in the Company's AGM Notice and Circular dated 10 April 2024
have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
