CVC Income & Growth Limited (the "Company") announces the following in
relation to its September 2025 Tender:

 

Euro Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  6,270

 30 September 2025 NAV per Euro Share         €1.0790

 Tender Price                                 €1.0590

 

Sterling Shares

 

 Shares tendered (including Unplaced Shares)  82,171

 30 September 2025 NAV per Sterling Share     £1.1804

 Tender Price                                 £1.1604

 

 

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 30 September 2025 minus £0.02
/ €0.02 (being 2% of the Reference Price), as applicable.

 

It is anticipated that payment for the September 2025 tender will be made on
14 November 2025.

 

A further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of Shares pursuant
to Tender Purchases is expected to be made on or around 07 November 2025.

 

Terms defined in the Company's AGM Notice dated 11 April 2025 have the same
meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
