Posting of Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Dividend
Timetable

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services,
announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Pennoyer
Centre, Station Road, Pulham St Mary, IP21 4QT on 23 November 2022 at 11:00am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June
2022 (the "Annual Report"), the Notice of AGM and proxy form were sent on 28
October 2022 to those shareholders who have requested hard copies.
Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information
electronically have been notified that the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are
available on the Company's website

available to shareholders on request by

The AGM is being held as a physical meeting.  However, the Company strongly
encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM and to
appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person
who may not be able to attend the meeting if circumstances change.  Full
details of voting arrangements are contained in the Notice of AGM.

As indicated in the full year results announcement on 22 September 2022, the
Board is proposing a dividend of 7.0 pence per share.  Subject to shareholder
approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on Friday, 2 December 2022 to
shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday, 18 November
2022.

Accordingly, the ex-dividend date will be Thursday, 17 November 2022.
