Total Voting Rights
The number of securities that have been issued during the block listing review period stated above includes 10,365 new ordinary shares issued as a result of the exercise of options by employees under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) 2021 scheme to date during July.  
Following the issue of these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares, the Company has a total issued share capital of 70,764,147 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one voting right.  The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights is therefore 70,764,147. 
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
