PDMR Dealing

CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary
services, announces that it was notified on 11 July 2025 that Richard Fairman,
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 1,644 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.

As a result, Richard Fairman's total interest in the Company, including all
persons closely associated, is now at 79,751 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.111% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
