Total Voting Rights

CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary
services, announces that, as of 31 December 2025, following cancellation of
the Ordinary Shares purchased pursuant to the Company's share buyback
programme (announced on 24 October 2025) prior to the date of this
announcement, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of
70,711,273 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares").

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
