Appointment of Non-Executive Director

CyanConnode (AIM:CYAN.L), a world leader in narrowband radio frequency (RF)
smart mesh networks, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Björn
Lindblom to the board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Björn is a serial entrepreneur with a strong managerial track record and over
25 years' experience of starting and growing technology companies. He was
previously Chief Executive of Connode AB prior to its acquisition by Cyan plc
in 2016 to form CyanConnode and more recently, until 2021, has provided
consultancy services to the Company. He has also served as Chairman and board
member in several technology companies, including Allgon AB, listed on NASDAQ
First North.

The Company also announces that Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director, will be
stepping down from the Board on 31 January 2024. The Company would like to
thank him for his contribution during his five-year tenure.

Björn will take over as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and
join as a member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Björn Lindblom are
disclosed in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Björn Ingvar Edgar Lindblom (aged 57) has held the following directorships
and/or partnerships in the past five years.

Björn Lindblom holds 912,377 shares in the Company.

Björn Lindblom was a director of Simplex Förvaltning AB ("Simplex") and its
wholly owned subsidiary Rör & VVS Center i Sollentuna AB ("Rör") when
they were each voluntarily placed into administration on 29 September 2017.
Simplex' administration proceedings completed in October 2019 with, no
shortfall to creditors, and Rör's administration proceedings completed in
June 2020 with a total shortfall to creditors of SEK 8,232,450.

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Björn Lindblom
appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii)
of the AIM Rules for Companies.
