("CyanConnode" or the "Company")

Director Share Purchase and Issue of Options

CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio
Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, announces that Lyndon Faulkner,
Non-Executive Director, has purchased ordinary shares of 2.0p in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), as follows.

Furthermore, pursuant to the CyanConnode Matching Share Plan (the "Plan"), the
Company will now grant 500,000 options over Ordinary Shares to Mr Faulkner.
Under the terms of this Plan the options will be granted with an exercise
price the same as that which the shares were purchased at and will vest after
four years.

Following this grant, Mr Faulkner will hold options over 2,399,335 Ordinary
Shares.
