Notice of Results & Investor Meet Company Presentation

 

CyanConnode Holdings PLC (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in narrowband radio
frequency (RF) mesh networks, advises that it will announce its results for
the 12 month period ended 31 March 2023 on 26 July 2023.

The Company is also pleased to announce that John Cronin, Executive
Chairman and Heather Peacock, Group CFO will be holding a live question and
answer session relating to its results via the Investor Meet Company platform
on 1(st) August 2023 at 10:30am GMT.

The session is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can
be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am
the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
