Vercom: Soars in market debut

** Shares in Poland's Vercom  VRCP.WA  surge 20% in their
market debut
    ** Vercom's share price jumped to 53.99 zlotys on its first
day of trading compared to the IPO price of 45 zlotys
    ** The company's offering consisted of 4 million new shares
and 1 million shares sold by existing shareholders, reaching
total value of 225 million zlotys, of which Vercom obtained 180
million zlotys
    ** Vercom, part of R22 group  R22.WA , is a provider of
cloud communication platforms and has eobuwie.pl, olx, Rossmann,
mBank  MBK.WA , Inpost  INPST.AS  among its customers 
    ** The company said that it plans to allocate up to 250
million zlotys, including all funds from the offer, for
acquisitions of entities operating in the CPaaS (Communications
Platform-as-a-Service) area in the region of Central and Eastern
Europe
