    ** The gold miner enters two option agreements to acquire 30
km of land in James Bay Lithium Province in Quebec, Canada
    ** Co signs agreements with MegaWatt Lithium and Battery
Minerals Corp and Canadian Mining House 
    ** Says the additional ground hosts known
lithium-caesium-tantalum pegmatites with high-grade rock chip
samples
    ** Shares hit highest since Sept. 20 
    ** Stock has risen 20% this year, as of last close
