Rule 19.6(c) confirmation of post-offer intention statements

Pursuant to Rule 19.6(c) of the Code, and further to completion of the
recommended offer made by Mustang Energy Plc ("Mustang") for the entire issued
and to be issued share capital of Cykel AI Plc, made by way of a scheme of
arrangement and which became wholly unconditional on 26 June 2024, announces
that it has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers
that it has complied with the post-offer intention statement made pursuant to
Rule 24.2 of the Code, as set out in the scheme document published on 24 May
2024. Mustang subsequently then changed its name to Cykel AI Plc.
