Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Cykel AI PLC (LSE:CYK) announces the results of its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held on 16 September 2025. Results on each of the resolutions put to
the AGM are as set out below.

 

Resolutions 1 to 9 were ordinary resolutions requiring a simple majority of
votes cast to pass. Resolutions 10 to 11 were special resolutions requiring a
majority of not less than 75% of votes cast to pass.

 

Following consultation with certain shareholders and given the Board changes
announced on 2 September 2025, Resolution 4 as proposed in the Notice of AGM
was not put to the AGM.  All of the remaining resolutions put to the AGM were
duly passed.
