Statement regarding share price movement

 

Cykel AI (LSE: CYK) notes the significant increase in its share price and the
volume of trading in its shares. The board is in advanced discussions with a
strategic investor group regarding a possible significant equity investment
into the Company, to raise funds to help develop the Company's existing
business and support its treasury strategy which will be revised if the
fundraise completes to allow investment in Solana and stablecoins (the
"Possible Investment"). The Possible Investment, which is expected to be
priced at a significant discount to the closing price on Friday 22 August
2025, will be subject to shareholder approval. These discussions may or may
not lead to the completion of the Possible Investment on these or similar
terms. The Company will update the market in due course.
