 * Philip Kueber, a Canadian, pleads guilty to two U.S. criminal charges tied to 
   CYNK Technology  CYNK.PK  trades--court hearing 
 * Kueber also agrees to forfeit $1.2 million as part of plea agreement; 
   sentencing set for January 7, 2016
