CytomX soars on cancer therapies agreement with Regeneron

** Shares of cancer-focused drug developer CytomX
Therapeutics  CTMX.O  rise ~25% to $1.52 before the bell 
    ** CTMX enters into agreement with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
 REGN.O  to develop cancer therapies 
    ** CTMX to get $30 mln upfront payment with potential to
receive up to $2 bln in milestone payments 
    ** Under deal, CTMX and REGN will work together to identify
antibodies for further development
    ** REGN to fund preclinical studies as well as clinical and
commercialization activities for chosen antibodies under deal 
    ** As of last close, CTMX down ~72% while REGN up ~16% YTD
