** Shares of data-center operator Cyxtera Technologies Inc
 CYXT.O  fall 12.5% to $0.139 premarket
    ** Co & some of its units file for bankruptcy protection in
New Jersey
    ** Co receives commitment for $200 mln in
debtor-in-possession financing from some term lenders to support
operations during bankruptcy process
    ** CYXT has listed both assets & liabilities in range of $1
bln to $10 bln, according to court filing
    ** Co continues to pursue potential sale of business or
significant investment from new investor
    ** Co's units in Germany, Singapore & UK are not included in
court-supervised process
    ** Up to last close, stock fell 91.71% YTD
