ENERGY French state-owned electric utility company EDF has created an advisory board to facilitate financing of global nuclear projects, it said on Tuesday as part of the 2026 World Nuclear Energy Summit in Paris. AIRBUS SE AIR.PA The European planemaker said on Tuesday its unit Airbus Helicopters had won a contract for up to 18 Flexrotor Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) from Garuda Technologies. ALSTOM SA ALSO.PA The French train manufacturer said on Tuesday it will supply 36 additional trains to Comboios de Portugal as part of a 1.03 billion euro ($1.20 billion) contract, and establish a manufacturing facility in Portugal creating close to 300 direct jobs. It said the first trains are scheduled to enter service in 2029.
