July 3 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

ALTAREA IMAF.PA :
Altarea said on Friday that half of its shareholders choose
dividend in shares, resulting in a capital increase for a
nominal amount of 392,451.52 euros ($428,360.83).
CASINO CASP.PA
The supermarket retailer announced it had entered into a
memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Prosol Group to introduce
Prosol's "Fresh" concept in Casino's hypermarkets and
supermarkets and certain stores under the Monoprix brand.
D'IETEREN IETB.BR :
The company announced on Friday the appointment of Edouard
Janssen as group chief financial officer.
KERING PRTP.PA :
Kering Eyewear, part of Kering Group PRTP.PA , said on
Friday it has completed the acquisition of UNT.
SANOFI SASY.PA
The first U.S. trial over claims that discontinued heartburn
drug Zantac causes cancer is now expected to take place in
California state court on Nov. 13.
STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Australia's Kuniko said on Monday it had signed an agreement
with the carmaker to support the development of its Norwegian
battery metals projects. Under the deal, announced by Stellantis
on Friday, the carmaker will also get 35% of the nickel sulphate
and cobalt sulphate produced from Kuniko's Norway exploration
projects for nine years.
