Appointment of Franchisee
 
daVictus Plc (LON: DVT)(the "Company"), as proprietor of the Havana Rolled Cigar Music Café premium dining franchise, is pleased to announce that it has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Asia Food Venture Sdn Bhd (AFV) to appoint the first franchisee of its premium dining restaurant concept. AFV is involved in F&B related businesses in Malaysia and is now keen to participate in the establishment the Company's first franchise restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Company expects the official opening of the franchise restaurant to be by summer of 2020.
