daVictus gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 4 p.m. Malaysia time, 8 a.m. GMT on the 22nd day of November 2018 at  No. 9A, First Floor, Jalan SS15/2A, Subang Jaya, 47400 Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Information on the resolutions to be voted on at the AGM can be found in the Notice of AGM that, along with forms of proxy and the Annual Report and Accounts ("the Accounts") for the year ended 31 December 2017, has been made available on the Company's website at www.davictus.co.uk
