Restoration of Listing and Trading in the Company's Shares
Davictus Plc, (LSE:DVT), is pleased to announce that, following the
publication of the Company's audited annual accounts for the financial year
ended 31 December 2024 on the 23 December 2025 as well as the release of its
Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 29 December 2025, the
Financial Conduct Authority has approved the restoration of trading in the
Company's ordinary shares.
Accordingly, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock
Exchange will be restored with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank shareholders for their patience and continued
support during the period of suspension and looks forward to the resumption of
trading.
