ZURICH/BERLIN, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
CORONAVIRUS
A World Health Organization (WHO) special COVID-19 envoy
predicted a third wave of the pandemic in Europe in early 2021,
if governments repeat what he said was a failure to do what was

Three Swiss national team skiers have tested positive for
COVID-19 and will miss Friday's Alpine Ski World Cup parallel
giant slalom competition in Lech, Austria, the team said in a

complications to record their wishes for end-of-life care in

The Swiss drugmaker's partner Regeneron Pharmaceuticals won
U.S. emergency authorization for its monoclonal antibody
cocktail against COVID-19 that was given to U.S. President
Donald Trump, clearing the way for the two companies to
manufacture up to about 2 million doses in 2021 that they help
will be a go-to weapon against the pandemic.

Swiss chocolate companies that form industry group
Chocosuisse, which for years have wrestled with the issue of
child labour in Africa's cocoa regions, announced on Friday they
oppose a Nov. 29 initiative in which Swiss firms could be held
liable for human rights and environmental violations abroad.
They back a parliamentary counterproposal to boost reporting
requirements, but without new legal liability rules.

drugmaker is readying its Hameln, Germany, site to begin
"fill-and-finish" work in July 2021 for a COVID-19 vaccine for
which BioNTech and Pfizer have filed for emergency approval
after a successful trial. Siegfried is in talks with other
potential vaccine makers and is eyeing acquisitions in various
areas, Wienand told the newspaper in the Saturday interview.
ZURICH INSURANCE GROUP ZURN.S
The Swiss-based insurer is in advanced talks to acquire
MetLife Inc's MET.N U.S. property and casualty car and home
insurance unit for close to $4 billion, according to people

proposal to acquire all outstanding shares of Swiss-Irish bakery
