less than 21.5 million shares) of Miura Printing Corp  7920.T  
via take overbid, aiming to fully acquire it 
    * Takeover bid total amount at 8.36 billion yen 
    * Offering period from Feb. 28 to April 11 
    * Settlement starts on April 18
