Correction
The Company has agreed to acquire the freehold interest in the Tower Hotel, Derry, Londonderry for a consideration of GBP 4.375 million (the "Tower Acquisition"), not EUR 4.375 million as previously announced.
The EUR equivalent is 5.5 million
