Dalata Hotel Group plc announces today that Stephen McNally, the company's Deputy Chief Executive, has informed the Company that on the 23 November 2018 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 cent each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €4.745
 
Following this purchase Stephen McNally holds 449,538 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 cent each, representing 0.244% of the issued share capital of the company.
