Danaher slips on concerns over Q4 growth deceleration
BUZZ-Danaher slips on concerns over Q4 growth deceleration ** Shares of diagnostics maker Danaher DHR.N fall 4.8% to $213.50 premarket
** Co sees Q4 adjusted core revenue excluding respiratory revenue to increase in the 4% to 5% range year-over-year vs Q3 growth of 5.5%
** Barclays said the outlook assumes a significant degree of conservatism, but noted that management needs to thread the needle on underlying assumptions to reassure investors the deceleration reflects caution rather than genuine signs of slowing in the core businesses
** Co expects full-year adjusted earnings per share to be between $8.57 and $8.62 versus previous forecast of $8.45 to $8.60
** Q3 revenue stood at $6.6 billion, in line with estimates
** In-line print comes in light vs. expectations, particularly around Biotech growth, Barclays adds
** Up to last close, stock down 2% YTD
