    Italy plans to limit fiscal incentives to retail buyers of
its sovereign bonds by introducing a ceiling of 50,000 euros, a
draft showed on Thursday, following criticism that the plan
would benefit the well off rather than the poor.

    DBRS rating agency scheduled review of sovereign debt rating
on Italy.
    ISTAT releases October consumer and business confidence data
(0800 GMT); Q3 wage inflation data (0900 GMT); August industry

    Releases Q3 results (before Bourse opening), followed by
conference call (1200 GMT).
    
    UNICREDIT  CRDI.MI 
    Ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings (0800
GMT). 
    The European Central Bank has given the green light for
UniCredit to buy back an initial tranche of shares up to a value
of 2.5 billion euros ($2.6 billion), the bank said on Thursday.
    
    MONCLER  MONC.MI  
    Sales at luxury group Moncler rose 7% at constant exchange
rates in the third quarter, meeting analyst expectations, thanks
to growth in Asia and despite a decline in the Americas.
    
    CAMPARI  CPRI.MI  
    Shares in Campari plunged over 13% on Thursday after the
Italian spirits group significantly missed analyst expectations
for sales and operating profit in the third quarter.
    
    MAIRE TECNIMONT  MTCM.MI  
    Engineering group MAIRE on Thursday posted a 29.4% rise in
core profit for the first nine months of the year while its
backlog hit a record high 16.8 billion euros ($17.7 billion).
