    PRAGUE, July 8 (Reuters) - Czech steel producer Liberty
Ostrava signed a deal with Italy's Danieli  DANI.MI  on Friday
for two hybrid electric arc furnaces worth 8.6 billion crowns
($352 million), CTK news agency reported.
