Dar Global PLC announces that it was today notified that on 24 July 2024 Dar
Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company PJSC, a person closely associated
with Yousef Al Shelash, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Dar Global
PLC, pledged security over the indirectly controlled ordinary shares held in
the capital of the Company in favour of Emirates NBD and other consortium
partners.

 

There is no change in Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company PJSC
beneficial shareholding in the Company.
