Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

XP Factory, one of the UK's pre-eminent experiential leisure businesses
operating through the Escape Hunt™ and Boom Battle Bar™ brands, announces
that, further to the announcement of its audited final results on 31 May 2022,
the Company's 2021 annual report and accounts has now been finalised and can
be downloaded from its website located at www.xpfactory.com/investors

Copies of the annual report and accounts will be posted to shareholders later
today together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting which
is scheduled to take place on 29 June 2022.  A copy of the notice of meeting
