Result of Annual General Meeting

 

XP Factory (AIM: XPF), a group of leading UK experiential leisure businesses
operating under the Escape Hunt™ and Boom Battle Bar™ brands, announces
that all of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held
earlier today were duly passed. As stated in an announcement earlier today
giving details of changes to the Board, resolution 7 (to re-elect Karen Bach
as a director) was withdrawn.
