Daré to receive milestone payment of $1.8 mln, shares rise

** Shares of Daré Bioscience  DARE.O  rise ~21.7% to 55
cents
    ** Co says it will receive a milestone payment of $1.8 mln
from Organon  OGN.N  in connection with the first commercial
sale of its gel XACIATO for bacterial vaginosis 
    ** Co is eligible to receive potential future milestone
payments of up to $180 mln and tiered double-digit royalties
based on net sales of the gel
    ** Bacterial vaginosis is a condition that happens when
there is too much of certain bacteria in the vagina
    ** Including session moves, shares down 33.7% YTD
