Director Declaration

Darktrace plc (DARK.L) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2),
that Paul Harrison, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee, will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of AutoStore Holdings
Ltd. (AutoStore, OSE:AUTO) with effect from 30 October 2023.
