Transaction in Own Shares

Darktrace plc (DARK.L) ("Darktrace") announces that on 6 September 2023 it
purchased the following number of Darktrace ordinary shares of 1 pence each
("the Shares") on the Exchange (as defined in the Rules of the London Stock
Exchange) pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, the details of which were
announced on 1 February 2023.

 

Description of Shares: Darktrace plc - ordinary shares of 1 pence

Number of Shares repurchased: 132 shares

Date of transaction: 6 September 2023

Average price paid per Share: 345.85 pence per share

Lowest price paid per Share: 342.1 pence per share

Highest price paid per Share: 346.4 pence per share

Broker: Jefferies International Limited

Darktrace confirms the cancellation of these shares.
