** Shares of Darling Ingredients DAR.N up 5.2% at $32.73 premarket, after the food processor's Q3 revenue beats estimates

** Co reports net sales of $1.6 bln, above analysts' estimates of $1.5 bln, as per LSEG data

** Net income rises to $19.4 mln from $16.9 mln y-o-y

** Co also plans to sell $125 mln in production tax credits in Q4 and an additional $125–175 mln by year-end

** As of last close, shares of DAR down 7.63% YTD
