 * Announces fourth quarter and year end financial results for 2015 and 
   refinancing of senior credit facility 
 * Qtrly revenues of $81.0 million, an increase of 0.8% year over year 
 * Says refinanced its former senior credit facilities by establishing a 
   revolving credit facility 
 * About $43.3 million used to fully repay Data Group's outstanding indebtedness 
   under its former senior credit facilities 
 * Says bank credit facility has a maximum available principal amount of $25.0
