March 24 (Reuters) - Arrow Central Europe Holding Munich 
GmbH: 
     
    * Said on Monday in relation to its voluntary tender offer 
for all outstanding shares of DATA MODUL  DAMG.DE  it had 
reduced the acceptance threshold of the offer from 75 pct to 50 
pct     
    * Said reduction of the acceptance threshold will lead to a
