    * Arrow Central Europe Holding Munich GmbH ('Arrow') intends 
to enter into a domination and profit transfer agreement 
    * Arrow has notified Data Modul AG that Arrow holds, as per 
today, 69.2% of registered share capital of Data Modul AG
