April 16 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:

** Markel has entered into an agreement to purchase marine MGA the Meco Group Limited, the company said on Wednesday.

** U.S.-based private equity firm KKR  has reached a deal with Frankfurt-listed Datagroup D6HG.DE to buy the firm in an all-cash transaction that values it at about 450 million euros ($508 million), the IT services provider said on Tuesday.
