Cancellation Notice and Admission on JP Jenkins platform

Dublin, Ireland - 12 September 2025: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or
the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE), a market leader in airline
e-commerce solutions, announces today the cancellation of trading of its
ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Dublin, as per below:

"CANCELLATION NOTICE

Trading of the undermentioned securities has been cancelled with effect from
7am on 12 September 2025 on Euronext Growth Dublin.
