Dublin, Ireland, 29 November 2023: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or
the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that
Pageant Investments Limited is now the holder of, in aggregate, 9,341,944
Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This holding
represents approximately 7.04% of the issued ordinary share capital.
